Helping You Find a Way Forward
I bring my own survival from an abusive relationship and adult relationship abuse expertise to this program. I designed this 1-on-1 program myself, drawing on my experience as an educator, survivor guide, and leader, to pave the way for how you can support your loved one who is in an abusive relationship.
A Connected, Peaceful Journey
Once you join this 1-on-1 program, you’ll see exactly why it’s called a peaceful journey. In this program, you’ll learn how to come from a place of understanding, support yourself to create and stand behind your boundaries, and use your new knowledge of relationship dynamics and resources to your benefit. I will hold space for you, so that you can gain relief from your current situation and feel empowered to move forward in being a part of your loved one’s support system, in a way that feels good and safe to you.
Finding Yourself Resourced and In Community
Feeling isolated in your experience is something that you can transform by learning about the resources, support, and community you have at your disposal. I have been there on both sides of the spectrum as far as being a survivor and being a survivor supporter/advocate, and can help you realize that you are not alone. When you connect to others, stop feeling isolated, and start feeling part of a greater community, that’s when everything changes. I can help you gain the strength and comfort that will improve your situation and lead to you feeling better and more hopeful around the situation.
