Family and Friends Helping Abuse Victims, the 1-on-1 Joyful Journey
Family and Friends Helping Abuse Victims is a 4-week, 1-on-1 program meant for those of you who have a loved one experiencing partner abuse. In one month, you’ll go from wondering “why don’t they just leave?” to understanding more, having boundaries, and feeling grounded around the situation.
Best of all, you’ll be connected to resources and practices to help you restore your relationship with your loved one, while maintaining your joy, so you’re in the best position to support them in their healing.
Unbreakable Survivors’ Programs for Abuse Victims, the 1-on-1 Joyful Journey
Programs for Abuse Victims is a Joyful Journey of 12 Weekly, 1-on-1 Programs that will help you plan for your safety and joy. You can expect to go from not being sure if you are even experiencing partner abuse, to understanding all forms of abuse, and being way more comfortable taking excellent care of yourself. In between 1-on-1 sessions, you’ll have resources to support you as you focus on that program’s exercises.
Best of all, this program will help you practice trusting yourself to make your own decisions, gain crystal clear clarity about what will bring you joy, and empower yourself to set your boundaries and stand behind them.
